The Trans Am is a 70s Icon even back in the mid-70s when Chevy did away with the Z28 for ’75 an ’76 you still had the Trans Am with its big 400 and 455 motors giving the people the performance they craved. Then in 1977 with a restyled front end things really changed at Pontiac and well with a little help from a little movie from director Hal Needham and a cast of well-known actors that went out on a small beer run.
